Built On Permission & Transparency
- We only ever scan groups that explicitly partner with us. If a group owner hasn't opted in, we don't touch it.
- We always send our users back to the original post inside your group — we never repost, never relist on another marketplace, and never strip out the seller's context.
- When you join the program, you'll add a short line to your group/server rules letting members know the group is partnered with CardScout and that by posting cards for sale they're giving CardScout permission to promote their listing — with all buyers directed back to their original post.
- We never scan or store any personal information about who posted a card for sale. Our technology does not read or save names, usernames, emails, or any other personal data. We only extract the card listing details and refer buyers back to the original post in your group to contact the seller.
- You can revoke the partnership at any time. We'll stop monitoring within 24 hours, no questions asked.
